September 17th – Make a bow tie – Stapleton Tavern

September 12, 2011 at 16:39 Leave a comment

We will be bringing our bow tie workshop to Crafty Pint North and helping the Stapleton celebrate their first birthday in style.  Make bow ties to wear at the Stapleton’s birthday celebrations.

We will have a selection of thirties style fabrics to choose from as well as spots, stripes and shiny sparkles and our collection of vintage and contemporary fabrics.  Create a bow tie with an adjustable strap and sliders, and use it to wear as a belt, necklace or hairband, or even as a bow tie!  No previous experience is needed, and we will demonstrate all the sewing needed.  At the end of this workshop you will have a fabulous bow tie and learnt a few extra sewing stitches.

This 3 hour workshop is £15 and includes tuition, materials and homemade cakes.
